Benefit details

1. This certificate entitles the Bearer to day use/access to the hotel Swimming Pool for a family of two (2) adults and two (2) children (below 12 years of age) up to a maximum of 4 hours at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre Hotel.
2. This certificate is valid only as indicated and does not include the use of any other facility or paid services at the Health Club.
3. This certificate is valid only during the regular operational hours of the Swimming Pool.
4. This certificate is not valid during special occasions like New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day or on any day as specified by the hotel.
5. House Rules and Dress Code apply.
6. Reservations for using this certificate must be made 24 hours in advance at the Health Club clearly stating the use of this certificate.
7. This certificate has no cash value.
8. This certificate can be gifted to friends or family.
